About the role
Qube is recruiting in Christchurch for a combined Client Services and Logistics Coordinator position. This opportunity suits someone who communicates clearly, values strong client relationships, and is committed to providing accurate and prompt service in a logistics environment.
Working hours
This is a permanent full-time role with 42.5 hours per week. The standard schedule runs Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, with Saturday mornings from 7:00am to 1:00pm as required.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for assigned clients and provide information in the required format and within agreed timelines.
- Prepare daily client reports and look into irregularities that may affect KPIs and stock movement.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships through clear, professional phone and written communication.
- Coordinate depot operations to help maintain efficient container flow and keep clients informed of progress.
What you need to bring
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a confident, professional approach.
- Good listening ability and the capacity to respond effectively to client needs.
- A high level of accuracy and the ability to handle multiple priorities at once.
- A proactive attitude, accountability, and a willingness to take ownership through to completion.

Additional requirements
You must be eligible to work in New Zealand and be able to pass a pre-employment medical assessment, a drug test, and a Ministry of Justice criminal history check.
