About the Role

CuraLinc Healthcare is looking for a highly organized, detail-focused professional to support the Client Services function and other teams across the business. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this position helps keep daily operations on track by coordinating calendars, maintaining records, supporting cross-team projects, and managing the administrative tasks that enable client-facing teams to deliver strong service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day administrative support for the Client Services team and related cross-functional groups.
  • Keep client information and internal system records accurate and up to date across platforms.
  • Build, maintain, and organize client-facing materials such as benefit guides and communication documents.
  • Monitor and reconcile utilization activity for domestic and international clients.
  • Assist with producing, assembling, and sharing client utilization reports and other deliverables.
  • Maintain lists, distribution records, and documentation so information stays accessible and accurate.
  • Create and update standard operating procedures for Client Services workflows.
  • Support special projects as assigned by the Client Services Operations Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in Business, Communications, or Health Promotion.
  • At least 1 year of experience in administration, office coordination, or executive support is preferred.
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stay self-directed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proofreading and formatting documents.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
