About the Role
Kinnect is looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can help translate ideas into impactful advertising work. This position goes beyond routine account handling; it involves partnering closely with clients and internal teams to shape strategy, support creative execution, and keep projects moving smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, building confidence, managing expectations, and maintaining a positive working relationship.
- Convert client briefs into actionable direction by coordinating with the strategy and creative teams.
- Take ownership of deadlines and deliverables from project kickoff through final delivery.
- Act as the link between creative teams, strategy leads, and business objectives.
- Monitor timelines, market trends, and client needs to keep work relevant and effective.
- Communicate with clarity, anticipate issues early, and help ensure output remains strong, timely, and impactful.
What We’re Looking For
- 1 to 4 years of experience in account management or client servicing.
- Practical experience using GenAI tools and other digital collaboration platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital culture and the ability to think like a content creator.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to stay composed under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and focus on solutions.
- Good visual and creative judgment with an awareness of campaign performance.
- A collaborative mindset with early leadership potential.
