Key duties

• Evaluate user-generated online content according to the applicable policies and operating procedures.

• Review images, videos, accounts, and written content against policy rules, guidelines, and regulatory requirements, while handling sensitive or explicit material on a daily basis.
• Escalate client policy violations through internal tools whenever further action is needed.
• Maintain a consistently high quality level for every case handled.
• Meet monthly performance targets, including productivity expectations within the daily workflow.

Required qualifications
