Role summary

Fenway Sports Management is seeking a driven coordinator to support the Global Partnerships team across a broad set of brands, properties, and strategic ventures. The scope of work spans golf properties and rights holders, LeBron James’ Marketing & Representation business, Liverpool Football Club, and strategic partners such as Aryna Sabalenka and the Rajasthan Royals.

This position is central to the partnership development workflow. Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in brand strategy, activation, or sponsorship sales in a team, league, brand, agency, or corporate environment.
  • Strong enthusiasm for sports marketing, media, and sponsorship sales.
  • A proactive, creative approach and willingness to challenge conventional thinking.
  • Excellent project management skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle several tasks independently in a deadline-driven setting.
  • Clear communication and persuasive storytelling skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint; CRM experience is considered an advantage.
  • High standards of integrity, both personally and professionally.
  • Ability to travel and work evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
