Role Summary
The hotel is hiring a motivated Corporate Sales Executive who can drive business growth, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to revenue generation within the corporate market.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should bring a strong commercial mindset and the ability to deliver results in a hospitality sales environment.
- Hands-on background in corporate sales, ideally gained in the hospitality sector, with a clear history of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
- Strong verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Solid account management skills, including the capacity to develop and nurture long-term business partnerships.
- A service-oriented mindset, along with strong problem-solving skills and client handling capability.
- Working understanding of hotel sales processes, Doha’s corporate business landscape, and the basics of revenue management.
- Well-developed negotiation, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and hotel CRM or sales tracking tools.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a closely related area.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team and adjust to changing business needs.
Experience
Prior hotel sales experience in Qatar is strongly preferred.
