About the Role
As a Curriculum Developer, you will be instrumental in maintaining and evolving the 2-Hour Learning model. You will transform AI-generated performance data into actionable strategies to guide learners towards advanced mastery. This role involves direct engagement with students through live coaching to overcome learning obstacles and analyzing performance trends to enhance AI systems and learning velocity. You will witness the direct impact of your insights and optimizations on student progress.
What You Will Be Doing
- Generate precise Academic Data Reports, conducting systematic evaluations to identify and rectify issues and anomalies within a 48-hour timeframe.
- Perform rapid-response intervention calls and post-assessment coaching to address learning barriers, differentiate knowledge gaps from errors, and maintain student engagement.
- Evaluate and implement new educational applications and content, while also developing AI/LLM prototypes to enhance learning methodologies and resolve specific challenges.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine tools, dashboards, and mastery benchmarks as the AI tutor evolves.
What You Won’t Be Doing
- Participating in excessive meetings or delivering presentations without measurable outcomes.
- Engaging in traditional educational tasks like grading, lesson planning, or administering standard programs; the focus is on AI and innovation.
- Confining work to a purely strategic level without hands-on execution or repetitive tasks; the role is dynamic and requires active involvement.
Curriculum Developer Key Responsibilities
- Enhance student learning outcomes through AI-driven analysis and real-time academic intelligence, aiming for improvements in metrics such as learning velocity, engagement, comprehension, accuracy, and reduction in negative learning behaviors.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, long-term position requiring an independent contractor agreement. The role is immediately available. Compensation is $30 USD per hour, totaling $60,000 USD annually, assuming a 40-hour work week over 50 weeks. Payments are processed weekly.
