Role Overview

This remote contract opportunity is for a Keystone Education Expert who will help create benchmark tasks used to assess AI performance on education-oriented professional document understanding. The work is independent, flexible, and focused on building high-quality evaluation datasets.

What You’ll Do

Develop benchmark tasks that measure how well AI systems handle education-focused professional documents.
Build multi-step instructional exercises based on realistic education and technical workplace materials.
Work with structured source material such as technical drawings, project specifications, engineering reports, and instructional documents.
Contribute to datasets designed to assess instruction-following and structured reasoning abilities.
Operate remotely as an independent contractor on a flexible schedule.

Compensation & Schedule

The contract pays $45 to $55 per hour for approximately 15 to 20 hours each week. Weekly payouts are made through Stripe or Wise. There is also potential for the contract to be extended depending on performance and ongoing project needs.

Requirements

Create original multi-step tasks that test document interpretation, instruction following, and structured output generation.
Write clear ground-truth answers and objective scoring rubrics for each task.
Use real-world educational, instructional, or academic-style materials in task creation.
Have experience in curriculum development, instructional design, teaching, training, or academic research.
Design tasks that require deeper reasoning over complex documentation rather than simple copy-and-search work.
Present instructions, constraints, and expected outputs with strong clarity and structure.
Background in education, assessment design, or learning content development is preferred.

This position is for an independent contractor and is fully remote.
