BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its BlueCare Plus and BlueCare customer service teams. The role supports Medicare- and Medicaid-eligible members by helping them locate providers, work through billing concerns, and access prescription-related assistance.   • Adjust to rotating schedules and follow assigned work hours without exception.

Training and Schedule Details
