Job Overview

This role is for a Customer Support Agent with a focus on collections. The position is based on-site in Ako Adjei La Road, Accra.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer questions and support requests.
Follow up on and manage payment collection activities.
Deliver courteous and effective service to customers.

Candidate Requirements

Good technical ability or strong communication skills, depending on the duties assigned.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Must demonstrate a professional, dependable approach to work.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Applicant must live around Labadi or nearby areas.

Compensation
