Role Overview

We are seeking a junior-level Data Analyst who is comfortable working with data, spotting patterns, and turning raw information into practical insights that can guide business decisions and improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

Gather information from different sources, then clean, structure, and prepare it for analysis.
Examine datasets to uncover trends, recurring patterns, and useful insights.
Create dashboards, reports, and visual charts to communicate results effectively.
Track key performance indicators and other business metrics on an ongoing basis.
Assist with checking data accuracy and supporting quality control activities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify reporting and analysis needs.
Summarize findings and recommendations in a clear, practical, and easy-to-understand way.
Contribute to data-focused initiatives and ongoing process improvement efforts.

Requirements

Foundational knowledge of data analysis, statistics, and reporting concepts.
Good command of Microsoft Excel; SQL familiarity is preferred.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence tools will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and an analytical approach to problem-solving.
Clear communication skills and the ability to explain findings to others.
Capability to work accurately with large volumes of data.
A background or training in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Economics, IT, or a related discipline is preferred.

Additional Information
