Data Analyst (Entry / Junior)

Role Overview

We are seeking a junior-level Data Analyst who is comfortable working with data, spotting meaningful patterns, and turning numbers into practical business insights. This is a full-time position based onsite in Australia.

Key Duties

• Gather, clean, arrange, and evaluate information from a variety of business data sources.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visual summaries that highlight important findings.
• Detect trends, correlations, and improvement opportunities through data exploration.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting datasets.
• Work with teams across functions to support analysis and reporting needs.
• Help refine reporting routines and improve data-handling workflows.
• Record the methods used, important metrics, and reporting conventions.

Desired Profile

• Strong ability to analyze information and solve problems effectively.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Excel.
• Exposure to business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is preferred.
• Some understanding of Python or R would be a plus.
• Careful attention to detail along with solid organization skills.
• Clear communication and a cooperative, proactive working style.
