- Improve recurring insight reports so they go beyond raw data and include clear conclusions and practical recommendations.
- Maintain structured data records and archives to keep information traceable, consistent, and reusable.
- Pull data from business systems, CRM, and ERP platforms; use SQL for querying, cleaning, deduplication, correlation, and aggregation.
- Create and maintain basic dashboards and automated reports that reduce manual work and improve visibility of information.
- Support Sales, Marketing, Product, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams with ad hoc data requests, exports, custom queries, and basic analytical support.
- Guide business users on simple data viewing and analysis approaches so data can be used more effectively in day-to-day work.
- Help standardise data fields, statistical rules, analysis templates, logs, and archiving practices to strengthen governance.
- Contribute to building a more consistent, practical data culture across the organisation.
