Data Entry Assistant

Overview

A Kapiti-based client is looking for a dependable Data Entry Assistant to support a short-term, fast-paced system migration project in Paraparaumu, Wellington. This is an office-based assignment for someone who can start right away and work carefully through a high-volume data transition from an older system into a newly upgraded platform.

What you'll do

• Move large volumes of business information from a legacy database into a new platform with a high level of accuracy.
• Check records against source data to make sure information stays consistent during the handover.
• Spot and report any mismatched formatting, missing details, or system errors.
• Handle all information with discretion and follow security and confidentiality rules throughout the project.

What we're looking for

• Comfort working across more than one database or software system.
• Strong focus on detail and the ability to catch typos, omissions, and formatting issues.
• A reliable person who can stay committed for the full assignment and keep productivity high.
• Someone based in or near Kapiti who can travel to the office every day without difficulty.
• Immediate availability and solid digital literacy.
