Data Insights Analyst (Entry / Junior)

Role Overview

Dubai Founders HQ is hiring an entry-level Data Insights Analyst for a full-time, on-site role in Australia. The position is suited to someone who enjoys working with data, spotting patterns, and translating numbers into practical business recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine datasets from different sources to identify trends, patterns, and potential opportunities.
• Create dashboards, reports, and charts that present findings in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
• Partner with internal teams to provide data-backed recommendations that support decision-making.
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting workflows.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify business questions and turn them into analytical solutions.
• Support the creation and refinement of data models and reporting processes.
• Record insights, methods, and reporting guidelines for future reference.

Required Profile

• Strong analytical ability with a sharp eye for detail.
• Working knowledge of SQL and Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Exposure to visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is considered an advantage.
• Basic familiarity with Python or R would be beneficial.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain insights clearly.
• A self-starting attitude, curiosity, and a genuine interest in data work.
