This full-time position is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, within Unilever Food Solutions (UFS). The role is centered on accelerating sales growth and deepening market reach in the food service industry by building strong customer partnerships and delivering solutions that suit customer needs and the wider market environment.

Job Purpose
Your core objective is to expand sales and improve market penetration in the food service sector. You will do this by developing trusted relationships with key customers, identifying their needs, and offering tailored culinary and commercial solutions using Unilever’s product range. In doing so, you will help strengthen customer satisfaction, build loyalty, and support the overall growth of UFS in the UAE.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage HORECA customers end to end to meet sales goals and performance indicators.
- Develop trusted, long-term relationships with customers and act as a reliable advisor.
- Offer complete culinary solutions aligned to customer needs, market conditions, and the UFS portfolio.
- Create commercial outcomes that work for both the customer and UFS.
- Support customers in improving revenue and/or operational efficiency.
- Secure additional product listings with existing customers.
- Encourage greater use and consumption across multiple SKUs.
- Use sound judgment when retaining customers and negotiating agreements.
- Develop practical solutions to business problems and new opportunities.
- Make decisions based on financial viability and profitability.
- Implement marketing-led initiatives throughout the year.
What You Need to Succeed

Experience and Qualifications
- At least 2 years of outdoor sales experience in Food & Beverages.
- At least 2 years of experience in the UAE market, specifically Abu Dhabi.
- Professional background in hospitality management, food technology, nutrition, or hot and cold beverages.
- Strong command of both English and Arabic.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
