Demand Planner

Role Overview

KAS Services, operating under ANKO GCC (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED, is hiring a Demand Planner for its Pune location. The role focuses on building dependable demand forecasts, keeping inventory balanced, and supporting smarter supply chain decisions through data analysis.

What You Will Do

• Create and continuously refine demand forecasts that help maintain healthy stock levels while reducing both shortages and excess inventory.
• Work closely with teams across the business to review sales performance, market movement, and customer buying patterns and use those insights to improve forecast accuracy.
• Use SQL and Power BI to study trends in time-series data and support more efficient supply chain planning.
• Share practical recommendations with stakeholders on inventory planning and allocation improvement.

Experience and Skills Needed

• You should have 3 to 5 years of experience in demand planning or a closely related role such as supply chain analysis.
• A solid grasp of forecasting methods, including statistical approaches like ARIMA and Exponential Smoothing, is expected.
• Strong SQL skills are required for working with large datasets and preparing reports, along with comfort using Power BI.
• Experience in the consumer electronics and appliances sector will be an added advantage.
