Overview
Grand Hyatt Singapore is hiring a Demi Chef to join its culinary team. In this role, you will help maintain a consistently high standard of food preparation while delivering courteous, efficient, and adaptable service that aligns with the outlet’s concept and Hyatt International standards.
Key Duties
- Prepare food items to a consistently high quality and ensure the product meets established standards.
- Support the delivery of excellent, reliable service to guests and customers.
- Work in a professional, flexible, and efficient manner to contribute to smooth daily operations.
- Follow the outlet’s operating concept and uphold Hyatt International service expectations.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Applicants must be Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents due to Singapore’s foreign worker work pass quota restrictions.
- Education should be at least GCE N Level or an equivalent/higher level.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the hotel industry is an advantage.
- Basic spoken and written English is required.
- Candidates should present themselves neatly, with a pleasant and well-groomed appearance.
- Must be willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

This position is based in Singapore and is a full-time onsite role.
