About the Role
This position is for a Senior Graphic Designer supporting a global business context. The role calls for someone who enjoys visual problem-solving and can see how design contributes to wider commercial outcomes.
You will work across a range of creative assignments, bringing strong attention to detail and an inventive mindset. The work includes developing compelling visuals, logos, and typography based on sound design fundamentals. You are also expected to explore emerging tools, including generative AI, to expand creative possibilities.
Experience in illustration, animation, or editing will be an added advantage. The role also requires strong time management, the ability to work independently, and comfort collaborating with teams across cultures and regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop visually engaging concepts and final designs that support brand identity and campaign goals.
- Experiment with design directions that stay within brand guidelines, incorporate illustration where relevant, and improve ideas through feedback to strengthen audience impact.
- Maintain a high standard in layout, colour use, composition, and typography.
- Design logos and campaign toolkits that reflect the message of marketing initiatives and connect with the intended audience.
- Work with typography trends and different font styles to improve both visual appeal and communication.
- Use design thinking to solve business problems and support organisational needs.
- Ensure creative output is aligned with strategic objectives and consistent across the brand.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to bring business insights into design decisions and improve relevance and results.
- Manage several priorities at once, keep work on schedule, and maintain quality while working with a high degree of autonomy.
- Own projects end to end, take initiative, and move work forward with confidence and creativity.
- Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with teams across different locations.
- Contribute positively to team coordination and help maintain a smooth design workflow.
Requirements
- A qualification in graphic design, brand design, or digital design.
- At least 3 years of experience as a designer in a creative team, preferably within a marketing or creative agency environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, identity work, and typography exploration.
- Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere.
- Good time management and the ability to prioritise work effectively to meet deadlines without losing quality.
- Comfort working independently and taking initiative in a self-directed environment.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, onsite role based in Singapore, Singapore.
The role is open to candidates who can contribute across branding, marketing design, and digital design work at a global level.
Applicants with supporting skills in illustration, motion, or editing will be particularly well suited to the position.
Experience expectations should be understood as a minimum of 3 years, which is equivalent to 36 months.
