About the Role
A well-established provider of office solutions and business support services is looking for a creative, hands-on digital professional to strengthen its online presence. The position is focused on building brand visibility, keeping audiences engaged, generating leads, and helping the business grow through consistent social media activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and refresh the company’s presence on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
- Produce attention-grabbing digital content such as graphics, short videos, promotional copy, and campaign materials.
- Handle customer comments and messages promptly, professionally, and in a way that supports strong engagement.
- Plan and deliver social media campaigns aimed at improving awareness, interaction, and sales performance.
- Track market movements, competitor activity, and new opportunities in digital marketing.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management is required.
- Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, or comparable design and content creation software.
- Solid understanding of WhatsApp Flowchart, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing.

This opportunity is based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and is offered on a full-time, onsite basis. The role is centred on creative content development, day-to-day platform management, and driving measurable digital engagement for a business-focused brand.
