Role overview

One World Global Services LLC is looking for an experienced Dinka interpreter to support live call handling in a fully remote setup. The position is available as either full-time or part-time, and the work follows a defined schedule. Successful candidates should be ready to begin as soon as onboarding is completed.

Requirements

English proficiency at around 90%
A stable wired internet connection
USB wired headset
Computer running Windows 10 or MacOS

Responsibilities

Handle calls in a professional manner while following the interpreter code of conduct
Use the correct terminology for the relevant industry, especially healthcare and medical topics
Participate in internal professional training
Share updates and report to the team leader

Background and experience

Strong command at a bilingual, native, or near-native level in both English and the target language
At least 1 year of interpreting experience is preferred
Ability to work well with people from different cultures and situations with emotional maturity
Good communication, active listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills
