Overview

Banff Hospitality Collective (BHC) is looking for Dishwashers to join its team in Banff, Alberta. BHC operates a group of more than 16 unique dining and entertainment venues, all based in downtown Banff. Each location has its own style, while sharing a common focus on great food, drinks, and an energetic atmosphere.

What you will do

• Wash, sanitize, and put away dishes, cutlery, and kitchen tools and equipment.
• Keep the dish area and surrounding workspace tidy, safe, and well organized.
• Follow established food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Support the kitchen team with other general back-of-house tasks as needed.

What we are looking for

• A strong work ethic and a positive, cooperative attitude.
• Comfort working in a busy, high-energy environment.
• Back-of-house experience is an advantage, though it is not required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule.

Pay and benefits

The wage for this role is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus summer tip-outs that typically add about $4 to $7 per hour.
