MARCO is hiring a Document Controller in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on keeping project and company documentation organized, accurate, traceable, and available to the right stakeholders at the right time.

Core responsibilities

  • Set up, apply, and improve document control workflows and procedures.
  • Maintain the document management system and keep document records properly updated.
  • Handle documents in both digital and paper formats throughout their lifecycle.

  • Manage electronic and physical files as needed.
  • Register incoming documents in the DMS, circulate them internally, and archive them correctly.

  • Coordinate the control of project documents and associated data.

  • Help prepare, compile, and issue reports and registers when required.
  • Use standardized forms and templates consistently.
