직무 설명
Overview
This role is for an e-Learning Specialist supporting training delivery from a fully remote setup. The position is contract-based and based in the United States.
Role requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in an education-focused discipline such as instructional design, education, or learning and development, or a closely related area is required.
- A master’s degree in one of these fields is preferred.
- You should bring 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience using learning content development tools, with strong working knowledge of Articulate 360, especially Rise and Storyline.
- You should also have 3 to 5 years of experience using learning management systems; experience with Absorb LMS is considered an advantage.
- Prior experience partnering with subject matter experts to understand departmental training needs and build courses and curricula is expected.
- You need familiarity with current instructional design approaches, including eLearning and adult learning principles.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
- Spanish or French language ability is preferred.
