Role Overview

This position is ideal for a creative, highly organized ecommerce professional who can balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking. You’ll oversee the online presence for both brands, helping improve how customers discover, browse, and purchase products. The role reports to the VP of Ecommerce & Marketing and works closely with the Head of Graphic Design and Head of Social.

Key Responsibilities

Your work will center on keeping the ecommerce business running smoothly while identifying opportunities to grow performance and engagement.

  • Manage the Shopify storefront for both brands, including product uploads, variant setup, collection building, product page merchandising, cross-sells, and overall site presentation.
  • Plan, create, and launch email campaigns in Klaviyo in collaboration with the design team and under the direction of the VP of Ecommerce & Marketing.
  • Handle campaign emails as well as automated lifecycle flows such as welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, and win-back journeys.
  • Prepare weekly business reports that highlight performance trends and translate data into practical next steps.
  • Assist with paid media operations across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google, including campaign setup, trafficking, and reporting support.
  • Support influencer initiatives through regular check-ins and occasional help at in-person events.
  • Help plan and execute PR and brand events from start to finish, including product launches and local Miami activations, vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site support.

Required Experience and Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings experience in direct-to-consumer ecommerce, especially within women’s fashion, activewear, swimwear, or lifestyle brands, and is comfortable managing both the tactical work and broader business picture.

  • At least 3 years of experience in ecommerce management or digital merchandising for a direct-to-consumer brand.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify, including products, variants, collections, merchandising, and related tools such as Rebuy.
  • Prior work with Klaviyo email marketing, including campaign creation, segmentation, and automated flows.
  • Solid understanding of ecommerce reporting and analytics tools such as Shopify Analytics and GA4, with the ability to turn data into clear actions.
  • Practical knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google ad platforms at an execution and reporting level.
  • An eye for design and the ability to collaborate effectively with a graphic designer.
  • Excellent organization, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities across two brands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
