Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site position in Madina for an Ecommerce Product Manager. The role centers on setting the product direction for ecommerce solutions, starting from discovery and requirement collection all the way through launch and ongoing optimization. The position requires regular analysis of market trends, competitor activity, customer behavior, and product performance to turn insights into improvements and new features. You will partner with design, development, marketing, and operations teams to manage priorities, write clear user stories, and support timely release delivery. The job also includes leading cross-functional coordination, tracking key performance indicators, and continuously improving the online buying experience to support conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain the product roadmap for ecommerce initiatives.
- Gather business needs and translate them into clear product requirements.
- Study market trends, competitors, and customer data to identify opportunities.
- Convert analysis into product features, enhancements, and prioritized backlog items.
- Work with design, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to deliver releases on schedule.
- Write concise user stories and keep documentation organized and actionable.
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams and follow through on project execution.
- Track KPIs and use results to improve conversion, retention, and online revenue.
- Continuously refine the ecommerce customer journey and digital merchandising approach.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated strength in product management, including roadmap ownership, backlog prioritization, and requirement definition for ecommerce products.
- Good analytical ability with experience reading data, monitoring KPIs, and using findings to guide product choices.
- Strong communication skills for working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and presenting information clearly.
- Practical ecommerce exposure, including awareness of customer journeys, conversion funnels, and digital merchandising.
- Solid project coordination skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and drive cross-functional tasks to completion.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a closely related area, or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Experience using analytics and collaboration tools such as Google Analytics, product analytics platforms, and project tracking software is an advantage.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work on-site in Madina while focusing on measurable outcomes.
