About the Role
This position is for an experienced ESL instructor who will support the training of AI systems. The work involves checking chatbot progress, reviewing how well the models reason, and identifying issues that can be improved to raise output quality.
The role also requires strong linguistic expertise. You will converse with chatbots in both Arabic and English to assess their development and create original dialogue examples that help teach them appropriate responses.

- Hourly pay starting at USD 25 or more, with bonus rates on certain projects.
Key Duties
- Assign writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots and review the results they produce.
- Assess AI-generated output for accuracy, quality, and overall performance.
Profile Requirements
- Strong fluency in both English and Arabic.
- A careful, detail-focused working style.
- Excellent command of grammar, writing style, and brand voice.
- A Bachelor's degree that is currently underway, already completed, or in progress is preferred, though not mandatory.

This is an independent contractor engagement. Payments are processed through PayPal, and no fees or deposits will ever be requested from applicants.
