Role overview

Canada’s Wonderland is hiring a temporary Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support in Vaughan, Ontario. The hourly pay for this role is $27.00.

What you will do

  • Support the Finance Director and Park President with day-to-day administrative and operational needs.
  • Monitor action items, meeting records, and follow-up tasks for the Park President and senior leadership so key priorities are completed on time.
  • Draft reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents for leadership meetings, operational reviews, and company communications.
  • Manage reception duties and welcome guests in a polished, professional way.
  • Help organize leadership meetings, special events, corporate visits, travel plans, and associate engagement activities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier deliveries.
  • Arrange the return of lost and found items to guests through courier service promptly.
  • Make sure office equipment is working properly.
  • Track office inventory and place supply orders for other departments when needed.
  • Provide support to Finance functions such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger tasks as required.
  • Take on other duties as assigned.
