직무 설명

Role overview

Gordon Murray Group is seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to support the business Owners in Windlesham. This position is central to keeping executive priorities organised, business activity aligned, and customer-facing experiences delivered to a premium standard.

The role reports directly to the Owners and blends senior-level administrative support with hospitality coordination, stakeholder liaison, and event delivery. You will help connect leadership, internal teams, customers, and external partners while maintaining the discretion and polish expected of the brand.

What you'll do

  • Manage the Owners’ diaries, inboxes, and travel plans, staying ahead of priorities and resolving clashes before they become issues.
  • Serve as a key link between the Owners and the Leadership Team so updates, actions, and decisions move smoothly across the organisation.
  • Draft, format, and carefully proofread correspondence, briefing notes, presentations, reports, and board documents.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential matters with complete professionalism and discretion.
  • Organise leadership meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-through on actions and decisions.
  • Support business projects and initiatives on behalf of the Owners by coordinating with internal teams, advisers, and other stakeholders.
  • Help plan and deliver customer visits, VIP hospitality, and corporate events to create an outstanding guest experience.
  • Act as a main contact for important customers, partners, and guests, communicating with tact, warmth, and professionalism.
  • Work with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure events, visits, and hospitality activities run efficiently.
  • Assist with launch events, showcases, and special customer experiences, covering guest logistics, itineraries, contingency planning, and on-the-day support.
  • Contribute to gifting, welcome packs, and other personalised touches that improve the customer journey.
  • Represent the business at customer visits and key events, maintaining a visible, professional presence.
  • Collect feedback after customer interactions and events and share insights with the Leadership Team to support ongoing improvement.
  • Support travel, event attendance, and customer commitments where needed, including occasional evenings, weekends, and business travel.

About you

You should bring experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or comparable support role for senior leaders, business owners, or a Family Office. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, adaptable, and able to juggle several priorities without losing accuracy or composure.

Requirements

  • Proven background as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior support role.
  • Previous experience supporting senior executives, business owners, or leadership teams.
  • Experience in a premium, luxury, high-performance, or customer-led environment is highly desirable.
  • Exposure to hospitality, customer experience, or VIP guest management would be an advantage.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional style.
  • Confidence in building relationships with senior stakeholders, customers, and external partners.
  • High levels of discretion, integrity, and trust when dealing with confidential or commercially sensitive information.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented thinking with the ability to anticipate needs and prevent problems.
  • Flexibility to travel and work outside standard office hours when required for customer events and business activities.

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary
  • Private medical scheme
  • Life assurance
