Position Summary

As Executive Housekeeper, you will oversee one of the largest departments in the hotel and play a key role in shaping the guest experience. You will lead the housekeeping function, manage the full team, and ensure guest rooms as well as all public areas are cleaned to a consistently high standard. The role also includes coaching team members, providing training, putting standard operating procedures into practice, and making sure guest facilities remain well maintained.

Team Leadership and Department Management

You will be responsible for directing the housekeeping team and keeping daily operations running smoothly across the department.

Standards and Quality Control

A major part of the job is ensuring rooms and public spaces are cleaned thoroughly and maintained in line with the hotel's quality expectations.

Training and SOP Implementation

You will guide staff, support their development through training, and ensure established operating procedures are followed consistently.

Guest Facilities Maintenance

The role also involves making sure guest-facing facilities are kept in good condition and are presented well at all times.
