Job Summary
This role supports the daily flow of procurement work by coordinating with vendors, tracking follow-ups, and handling purchase order processing. The position helps ensure that procurement tasks move smoothly and that materials or services are arranged on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with suppliers to request quotations, chase pending updates, and monitor order progress.
- Create and process purchase orders while keeping procurement documentation up to date.
- Assist with procurement operations so required goods and services are available when needed.
- Help address issues related to vendors and purchase orders.
- Stay in regular contact with internal teams and external suppliers to keep work aligned.
Requirements
