Trend Personnel Services, part of TrendHR, is hiring an ambitious Executive Recruiter for its Rockwall team in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This position is a hands-on, full-desk recruiting opportunity that blends new business development, client partnership management, and end-to-end recruitment.

The right candidate will be proactive, commercially minded, and energized by relationship building, winning new clients, and placing strong talent with leading employers. Key responsibilities

  • Create new business by prospecting, networking, asking for referrals, and developing long-term relationships.
