Job Overview
We are looking for a Facility Coordinator to help keep office facilities running smoothly in Singapore. The role focuses on handling facility-related requests, spotting issues early, and coordinating the work needed to keep the workplace safe, functional, and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to staff requests and comments related to office facility use and operational issues.
- Track defects or gaps in office facilities and service delivery.
- Liaise with both internal teams and outside vendors to arrange repair, maintenance, and improvement work.
- Support procurement tasks and general administrative coordination.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in engineering, facility management, or a closely related discipline.
- Previous experience in office administration, property management, or a similar field is preferred.
- Good organizational abilities and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using MS Office tools.
