Role Overview

We are hiring a skilled and imaginative Florist for our Riyadh, KSA team. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on producing premium floral arrangements and decorative pieces while also helping with day-to-day operational work across several sites.

The selected candidate will create thoughtful floral solutions, keep flowers in excellent condition, and contribute to operational support activities such as site visits, hotel flower upkeep, and handling daily orders.

Key Duties

• Create floral arrangements and decorative displays for everyday orders, events, and special occasions.
• Keep flowers and plants fresh, attractive, and properly maintained.
• Work with clients and the flower team to deliver custom and creative design requests.
• Handle flower care, storage, and stock rotation to reduce waste and preserve quality.
• Deliver courteous customer service and always maintain a polished professional presentation.
• Help with event installation, styling, and corporate decoration projects.
• Assist with deliveries, site inspections, and other operational needs whenever required.
• Support hotel flower maintenance and weekly replacement schedules across multiple locations.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a florist or in a comparable creative position.
• Strong capability in floral styling, arrangement techniques, and decorative work.
• A creative mindset, close attention to detail, and solid organizational skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Understanding of flowers, plants, and seasonal availability.
• Training or certification in Floral Design, Horticulture, or a related discipline will be considered an added advantage.

Additional Note

Candidates must be willing to relocate and be based in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Work Arrangement

This is a full-time position based on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
