About the Role

Join our team at REWE in Tostedt, Lower Saxony, as a Florist (m/f/d) and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere in our store. This is a part-time position, with working hours ranging from 30 to 37.5 hours per week, and it is a permanent role. We are looking for individuals passionate about retail who want to work in their local community.

Your Responsibilities

• Cultivating, arranging, and selling floral displays and plants.
• Independently implementing sales-promoting initiatives.
• Managing the procurement of goods.
• Inspecting incoming merchandise and ensuring optimal stock storage.
• Conducting customer consultations and sales conversations.

• A completed apprenticeship as a Florist.
• High levels of creativity and a variety of innovative ideas.
• Enthusiasm and passion for the retail sector, coupled with strong teamwork skills.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with customers.
• Flexibility to work a rotating shift system, including Saturdays.
