About the Role

An analytical and commercially aware FP&A Analyst is needed to join the ANZ Finance team in Sydney. Reporting to the Head of FP&A & M&A – ANZ, this position supports financial planning, reporting, and commercial analysis across the business.

This role is well suited to someone early in their FP&A career who wants broader exposure, close interaction with senior stakeholders, and the chance to contribute to strategic decisions within a growing finance function.

What You Will Do

  • Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning activities.
  • Prepare monthly management reporting, financial analysis, and performance commentary.
  • Build and update financial models, dashboards, and forecasting tools.
  • Review revenue, expenses, margins, and core business drivers to inform commercial decisions.
  • Support pricing, profitability, and cost improvement projects.
  • Maintain data accuracy and help uphold reporting and governance standards.
  • Work with stakeholders across the business to deliver clear and useful financial insights.
