About the studio
Celsius Studios is presented as a privately owned creative studio focused on design, branding, and other creative services. The team’s work supports organizations across financial services, B2B, corporate, and non-profit sectors by combining research-led thinking with strong craft to produce polished brand identities, websites, messaging, campaigns, and marketing assets.
Role overview
The studio is looking for freelance designers to join its network of creative professionals. This is an open call for designers at different experience levels, with particular interest in people who bring strength in logo and brand work, motion graphics, UX, print collateral, and presentation design.

Selection approach
The hiring team values personal character and core values as much as technical ability. Candidates may be considered even if they do not match every requirement exactly, and the studio is open to applicants with more or less experience than the role may traditionally ask for.
Compensation and work setup
This is a freelance arrangement with remote work as the default. Candidates may also choose to work on-site at the Providence, Rhode Island location if that suits them better. Pay is described as competitive and based on the designer’s experience and expertise.
