About the role
Shangri-La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to support its front office team. The resort is part of Shangri-La Group, which emphasizes genuine care, mutual respect, strong values, good benefits, a calm and sincere workplace, work-life balance, and recognition for effort.
Located about 15 minutes from the city, this beachfront resort is Singapore’s only property of its kind. What you'll do
- Deliver complete front desk support, including guest check-in and check-out.
- Help create a memorable stay experience for every visitor.
- Respond to guest needs promptly, professionally, and efficiently.
- Recommend practical solutions that match guest expectations and requirements.
- Maintain smooth and effective guest service throughout the day.
