Job Summary

This position focuses on handling meat products on a production line, including packing items into bags, boxes, and similar containers. The role also involves keeping workstations and equipment clean, feeding materials into processing machinery, unloading finished output, and carrying out basic checks for packaging or product quality issues.

Key Duties

• Carry out hands-on tasks on the production line for meat processing and packaging.
• Follow instructions provided by the immediate supervisor.
• Confirm that finished products comply with customer-specific expectations.
• Complete any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Strong hand coordination and manual dexterity.
• Reliable, responsible, self-directed, and mature work style.
• Previous work in production is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with GMP and HACCP standards is preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast-moving environment.
• Physical fitness to work in a refrigerated area maintained at 34–45°F (1–7°C).
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
• Ability to work in a CO2 environment where exposure does not exceed 5,000 ppm over an eight-hour shift.
• Comfortable standing on the production line for the full eight-hour shift.
• Team-focused mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
