Role overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a growth marketer to take ownership of a broad marketing funnel with significant room to test, learn, and improve. You will be given modern tools and budget to experiment, along with freedom to shape performance across a channel mix that already brings in hundreds of inbound leads each month.
The goal is to improve acquisition efficiency, increase revenue impact, and move quickly with fresh ideas and measurable outcomes. The role suits someone who enjoys working independently, iterating rapidly, and turning insight into results.
What you'll do
- Test and improve growth opportunities across a wide range of inbound sources, including more than 20 channels that generate interest both actively and passively.
- Manage day-to-day paid social, paid search, and retargeting activity.
- Build and refine lifecycle, CRM, and email journeys that move enquiries into tours and tours into members.
- Run A/B tests on high-traffic pages, brief landing pages for campaigns, and identify the weakest points in the funnel to improve conversion.
- Design and launch a referral programme, improve the way walk-in interest is captured at each location, and develop on-site and member-led growth ideas.
- Plan and deliver SEO-focused content, work with the Head of Marketing on search-led initiatives, use AI tools to work faster than competitors, manage Google My Business across all sites, and create hub content for new openings.
- Lead digital go-to-market activity and demand generation for new site launches.
What we're looking for
- A proactive, high-ownership mindset with a strong bias toward solving problems without waiting to be asked.
- A preference for shipping real experiments quickly rather than over-planning.
- Comfort working with data, spreadsheets, and GA4 or a similar analytics platform; basic SQL or BI tool exposure would be helpful.
- Strong creative judgement and commercial awareness, with the ability to connect ideas directly to leads and revenue.
- The ability to learn new tools, channels, and concepts quickly and largely independently.

Compensation
The salary for this role is open and will depend on the experience and expectations of the successful candidate. Applicants are encouraged to share their compensation expectations during the application process. The company is open to candidates with around 1 to 2 years of experience as well as more seasoned professionals with significantly more experience.
