About the Role
EduBridge is hiring a Head CSR for its Mumbai office. This role focuses on building and managing CSR and funding partnerships that support skilling, education, and workforce development initiatives. The position is office-based and candidates who can join immediately are preferred.
What You’ll Do
- Bring in new CSR alliances, foundation partnerships, and enterprise funding clients.
- Work closely with CSR leaders, ESG decision-makers, and senior stakeholders in corporate organizations.
- Take ownership of the full funding journey, from first outreach and proposal creation through approvals and final closure.
- Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of projects in skilling, education, and workforce development.
- Keep track of CSR market trends, funding openings, and new partnership opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in CSR partnerships, fundraising, institutional sales, or similar funding acquisition work.
- A well-established network across CSR, foundations, ESG, or the development sector.
- Demonstrated success in closing funding partnerships.
- Practical experience in building proposals, presenting pitches, and managing senior stakeholder conversations.
- Prior exposure to NGO, foundation, skilling, or CSR-focused organizations is preferred.
Not a Fit For
- Candidates whose background is only in enterprise sales and who have no CSR or funding experience.
- Profiles centered on program delivery or operations.
