This is a full-time, on-site role within a new high-profile launch, featuring one of the group’s Michelin-starred Indian restaurant concepts. What the role involves

In this position, you will create a welcoming atmosphere, ensure guests receive consistently excellent service, and help deliver a polished dining experience from start to finish. You will also support, guide, and motivate the front-of-house team so that the same high standards are maintained across every guest interaction.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant will already have restaurant experience in Dubai, including prior work as a Head Waiter/Waitress or Senior Waiter/Waitress in a busy, quality-focused setting. The role calls for someone who is proactive, hands-on, highly attentive to detail, and eager to continue learning. A strong interest in food and hospitality, along with the ambition to grow within an innovative restaurant group, is important.
