Iceland Foods is recruiting a Home Delivery Driver in Sittingbourne, England. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who enjoys being active, working independently, and spending time on the road while representing the brand directly to shoppers.
Pay and benefits
The hourly pay for this position is £13.71. The package includes a 15% discount card, an optional health care plan, access to Grocery Aid support, Christmas vouchers, and at least 28 days of holiday including Bank Holidays, with additional holiday entitlement increasing over time.

What you will do
- Load the delivery van safely, including carrying out heavy lifting and manual handling in line with procedure.
- Follow safe driving standards at all times.
- Carry out routine van checks before and during use.
- Make sure groceries reach customers in the best possible condition.
- Deliver a high standard of customer service as the face of Iceland.
- Support the store team with tasks in store when needed.
- Work on your own and organise your time effectively.
- Be flexible with shift patterns, which may fall anywhere between 6:00am and 11:00pm.
