Role overview

Fitness Formula Clubs is seeking a dependable, energetic, and adaptable Housekeeper for its Gold Coast location in Chicago. This part-time role is focused on keeping the club welcoming, sanitary, and secure for members, guests, and team members. Strong customer service is essential, along with a commitment to the club’s values of friendliness, superior service, integrity, safety, and continuous improvement.

Schedule and pay

This position is based onsite at FFC Gold Coast. The required shifts are Monday mornings from 4:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and Thursday afternoons from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Compensation is $16.60 per hour.

Key duties

• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy space for members, guests, and coworkers.
• Use a positive service mindset aligned with the company’s core values.
• Handle member questions, concerns, suggestions, and service requests in a professional manner.
• Ensure all parts of the club remain tidy, orderly, and safe throughout the day.
• Escalate safety issues, damaged equipment, and member concerns to the manager.
• Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens and towels.
• Sweep, scrub, and disinfect facility areas.
• Vacuum carpeting and rugs.
• Clean walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels, sills, and water fountains.
• Empty trash and dust furniture as needed.
• Carry waste and trash to the disposal area.
• Restock restroom supplies.
• Replace light bulbs.
• Attend scheduled staff meetings.
