Role Overview
The Human Resources Executive will provide part-time, remote support for core HR activities and help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role focuses on onboarding, employee documentation, record maintenance, employee relations, policy support, compliance, and HR coordination with leadership.
Key Duties
- Support routine HR operations, including onboarding new hires and keeping employee records accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate and manage HR documentation in line with internal policies and procedures.
- Respond to employee queries and assist with resolving workplace concerns in a professional manner.
- Help encourage a respectful, collaborative, and inclusive workplace environment.
- Assist in creating, updating, and communicating HR policies and processes.
- Ensure HR practices remain aligned with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Work with leadership on basic workforce planning and performance management activities.

Qualifications

- Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills for working with remote teams.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and sound ethical judgment when handling confidential information.
- Previous experience in an HR position is preferred; experience in real estate or professional services is an added advantage.
