About the internship

This remote HR internship is a chance to gain practical exposure in a busy human resources function. You will work alongside the HR team at Neave Connectivity Private Limited and see how recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and internal coordination come together in a real organization. The role is suited to someone who communicates well in English, shows initiative, works effectively with others, and manages time responsibly.

What you will work on

Support the hiring process, including screening and onboarding activities for new team members.
Help plan and coordinate training and learning sessions for employees.
Assist with day-to-day HR administration, such as updating and organizing employee records.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, events, and morale-building activities.
Take part in shaping and rolling out HR policies and procedures.
Work with the team on special assignments focused on improving productivity and employee experience.
Research current HR practices and trends to help the department make informed decisions.

Stipend and schedule
