Role overview
Abniya Innovative Ltd is looking for a full-time Human Resources Manager to work from its Riyadh, Saudi Arabia office.
Key requirements
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in human resources.
- Prior work experience in construction businesses and handling project-based manpower planning is essential.
- Strong familiarity with Saudi labor legislation and HR compliance requirements is required.
- Practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll administration, employment contracts, and residency (Iqama) processing is needed.
- Ability to work with government and HR-related platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and similar systems.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with experience building HR policies, shaping procedures, and supervising HR teams.
