About the Role

Novitates is seeking an experienced and self-directed senior Inside Sales Manager to help expand pipeline and revenue in the United States. This is a desk-based remote position, focused on selling through phone, email, video meetings, and LinkedIn rather than field sales. The role is for an individual contributor with full ownership of outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and advancing opportunities through the sales funnel.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with high-volume outreach, maintains strong discipline around CRM updates and follow-ups, and has prior experience selling IT or technology services remotely to the US market. Experience with Pega or a similar enterprise platform environment is strongly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive a large volume of outbound prospecting through cold calls, email sequences, and persistent follow-ups to create a steady flow of qualified US-based leads.
  • Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research target accounts, find decision-makers, use advanced search features and lead alerts, and carry out social selling outreach.
  • Assess both inbound and outbound leads using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC, and move prospects through the early and middle stages of the sales cycle.
  • Lead discovery conversations and conduct virtual product or service demonstrations over video calls.
  • Keep prospects engaged across several touchpoints until they are ready for the next sales step, then close deals or hand them off according to the process in place.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a consultative sales approach.
