About the roleThis position sits within MediBuddy’s operations function in Bangalore and focuses on coordinating healthcare service workflows across customers, diagnostic centers, and internal teams. The role is centered on ensuring smooth appointment handling, timely assessment completion, report processing, and end-to-end fulfillment support.Key responsibilitiesHandle routine operational work across customer interactions and diagnostic center coordination.Act as the link between internal teams at diagnostic centers and end customers so that appointments are arranged and medical assessments progress without delays.Make sure medical reports are published correctly and closed within the required timelines.Support the operations team in an agent-style coordination role.Track daily performance targets across booking, attendance, report handling, email management, and related parameters.Follow up continuously with diagnostic centers until report closures are completed.Help the assigned zones and cities meet their operational targets.Monitor turnaround time for report closure as well as overall end-to-end fulfillment TAT.Working scheduleCandidates should be prepared for a 6-day work week and a 9-hour shift.Eligibility and requirementsApplicants with exposure to operations, backend operations, branch operations, or insurance operations are preferred. The opening is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience. Graduates and postgraduates from any stream may apply. Strong spoken and written communication in Tamil and Telugu is important for this role.CompensationThe annual compensation is INR 2,90,000.About MediBuddyMediBuddy is a large digital healthcare platform in India that enables users to access healthcare services anytime.
