Role Overview
This is a full-time remote position supporting families who are seeking ABA therapy services. Candidates must live in the United States. The schedule includes one of the following shifts: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
The compensation for this role is an annual salary of $45,000 to $60,000, depending on experience.
The organization is looking for a compassionate, energetic intake professional to serve as the first contact for families. This role is centered on warm, effective communication, high activity, and helping families move smoothly into services. Spanish/English bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
Key Duties
- Serve as the initial contact for families inquiring about services.
- Handle approximately 75 to 100 or more incoming and outgoing calls each day.
- Clearly explain available programs and support families through each step of intake.
- Keep following up to gather insurance details, documents, and consent forms.
- Maintain accurate records and workflow updates in Salesforce and related systems.
- Work toward strong performance targets for response time, conversion, and intake completion.
- Partner with internal teams to create a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, outreach, intake, or another client-facing role.
- Comfort working in a high-volume, phone-heavy environment.
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive conversation skills.
- Motivated by targets, results, and bonus-based earnings.
- Prior exposure to Salesforce or another CRM platform is preferred.
- Highly organized, detail-focused, and dependable with follow-through.
- High school diploma is required; an associate degree or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Background in ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health is an advantage.
- Spanish and English bilingual ability is preferred.
